Was quiet, bed was very comfortable. The floor seemed in need of a good rince. Not really dirty...just not clean.

Had to get manager to remop the dirty, sticky floor and change the dirty comforter, also door lock was not working properly and the shower head was not attached to the shower wall. They never fixed the shower head. I understand helping low income people but i don't think all of their customers were low income

Stayed one night and the check in lady took for ever to get people checked in. there were homeless people smoking on the stairs. The room wasn’t clean only one blanket not even a comforter. Dried blood on the sheets and the toilet tissue holder was missing as well as the back to the remote so the battery’s would pop out.

Smelled like smoke, even though it’s a non-smoking room, no comforter on the bed (they were out of comforters) and just about the loudest noisiest overnight I’ve ever had anywhere in my life… televisions on all night long I eat no such thing as quiet time from 10 PM to 6 AM.

Never again. It looked ok from pictures online but it’s rugged. Drug infested, dildo still plugged in our room when we walked in, hair on the sheets. Toughed it out one night but didn’t sleep, took a $ loss and got my family out, safety 1st. This hotel/brothel shouldn’t even be listed on hotels.com I want my $$$ back…
