Was given a Accessibility room, told this was what Experian had booked. Bathroom was not clean water stains all.over the floor and power outlets did not work. Went down to.the business center tbat is suppsoe to be 24/7 and the lights were off. Worst Hilton experience to date.

The hotel offered, stay and park for our holiday from Heathrow. We paid to stay the night before our flight and then had parking all week. We then also decided to book an additional night when we landed. This worked out as really good valuevfor money. Otherwise parking is £16 per night. The hotel is spacious and relaxed and we really enjoyed the spa facilities. Although there were lits of little flies everywhere in the spa. We also really liked that there was a shared Uber booking portal in reception to the airport which we used and found really well priced.
