We enjoyed all the restaurants and coffee shop. The room was great and spacious. All but one stiff member was helpful and friendly. There was receptionist that was rude to us and didn’t full fill any of our requests but when we called down later to confirm our taxis were ordered and why we hadn’t received the supplies we asked for Carolyn remedied that for us.

A Must Stay! Treat yourself to the Fairmont Hotel.
Restaurants were fabulous, both Shuckers & the George. Food, service, drinks exceptional. Lobby lounge area decor was amazing & such a relaxing area to lounge & read in. Lobby bar was exceptional also. Our king room was SO comfortable & the bathroom was roomy & plush. Had a massage at the Penelope Spa which was great. There isn’t a sauna or steam room, jacuzzi in the spa area. That is all located in the fitness area. Didn’t get a chance to try that. Will definitely try it next time & stay here again.
