I didn’t like the one staff member there. He was kind of a creep when ever I would leave he would be right on the stairs, staring at our door.

This property Only has Street Parking. I had to park 2 blocks up the street and was lucky to find a spot that close. Also, there are no refrigerators in the room, so you must utilize the ice box. And the restaurant and Bar they advertise, Niche, it opens at 6 pm and has less than 8 tables and a small bar to sit at so you really must get a reservation.

No parking. No elevators. Room was small. No fridge, microwave or coffee maker. Our toilet handle wasn’t working. The sink clogged up easily. Floor wasn’t clean (sand)…. No bath rug, no extra towels, saw a small roach!!

We had a great stay. After lots of walking and beaching the giant hot tub was a HUGE plus. We loved the staff; they were so kind and helpful - we arrived just before 1:30 AM and they were still so accommodating of our check in. Great place if you’re on a budget and okay with the bare necessities.

What a lovely little place to stay! The hotel is in such an amazing location that is so close to the airport(9 minutes Uber ride) and it was a few steps to the beach. Felt incredibly safe to walk around even at night. Plenty of restaurants and stores within half a mile. I would definitely stay again if I have a short stay in San Juan.
