False advertisement and terrible customer service
It was terrible. We asked to stay to use the pool which they said would be in use for the weekend. But it was actually under renovations and the staff just didn’t share. Then when I told the desk that I was upset about that, they were unwilling to rent the room to me for the evening because I was unhappy. I told him we didn’t have anywhere else to go because we lived really far away and we had to stay there unfortunately, and basically had to beg to rent the room. Will never be renting here again.

Chillin’ at the Holiday Inn
Pg&e went out and booked a room for an overnight stay. Right when I walked in the hotel, it smelled so good and the front desk was very helpful & nice. Room was very clean and the sheets smelled fresh. Very comfortable stay. The one thing I would change is to make sure the check out time is correct on both online and at the front desk. Online it said 11 and front desk said 12 but over all, very happy with my stay.
