We’ve stayed at doubletree several times and never had a problem before. The customer service here was not very good. We weren’t given water bottles and when asked we were told we can purchase them. We asked for a toothbrush and they told us they don’t offer room service. The worst part was no cookies. We asked when checked in and when we checked out, but we were told both times they didn’t have any. We are always given cookies at doubletree but we were told they don’t have any. The walls in the room were stained. The bathroom walls had brown stains. Every surface was full of dust. The coffee machine and ice bucket had a layer of dust.

We stayed while there was a lot of construction going on in the facility. The AC was not working correctly and even though we addressed it, it was no resolved. We slept in a room that was stuffy and hot. My son who has very bad allergies had no sleep because the humidity in the room was aggravating his symptoms. Will probably not be returning to this location.

The individuals were opening and closing the doors from 10-12. Their was junk all over the hotel like as if anyone could enter the location. I wouldn’t stay here again.
