Smelled like smoke all night
The conditions of the King Evolution with whirlpool room was poor. The tub was stained and expressed signs of negligence; no one should ever endure paying for something they anticipate to enjoy.

What a great hotel on Eastern LI! Modern, clean, the staff was friendly, bed was comfy, indoor pool and hot tub as well as an outdoor hot tub. The bar was great downstairs. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast at the restaurant. We even visited the gym and business center. Highly recommend. Great value.
I didn’t like the fact that I called two separate representatives asking if they would match the price of Orbitz. In response, both of them actually hung up the phone on me after explaining to me that they would not match the price. They did not demonstrate concern or empathy. It was all about the dollar with a disingenuous politeness.
Good hotel, clean, comfortable beds. Location is pretty convenient, but is right after a two-way road becomes divided highway so it can be a little tough to get in and out of.
An hour before check in I received a call, they didn't have the room I booked available.At this point we had no choice but to make it work with only one king bed for two adult and two 5 year olds. The restaurant in the lobby bartender was beyond unfriendly and rude. Unfortunately in the morning we got the lobby restaurant bartender as our waitresses for breakfast. Again, beyond rude and horrible service. It was absolutely crazy to me when I notice her name tag "restaurant manager". I will never return to that hotel .
Clean room, friendly staff, indoor and outdoor pools great for kids
The pool was taken over by a very large family so that no one else could enjoy it and the hotel did not monitor or enforce social distancing there at all. The restaurant said it was open on the website but when we got there we found it only had a few appetizers and no actual dinner. Both ruined our reason for going on a stay-cation. We left and went home.
It was fine just a little remote. Pleasant place. Outlet shops nearby.
Can hear people walking upstairs, when we walk in the room, the floor seems flimsy as well.
