I returned from a three night stay in this hotel. Upon entering the room, I immediately noticed the TV did not work. However, I was so exhausted from an all-night flight that I ignored it and went to sleep. I did notice that the WiFi was working fine. There was a constant construction-like banging that sounded like it was coming from the room directly overhead but I did my best to ignore it. It sounded like hammering, drilling and sawing along with items being dropped on the floor and it was loud. In the early afternoon of the second day, I called to have my TV fixed and a maintenance man spent 45 minutes fixing it. I then attempted to work from my room but my WiFi was no longer working. Figuring the WiFi would be restored later, I tried to take a nap since I was still operating on a sleep deficit, but the same loud sounds of the prior day were occurring again. I picked up the phone to complain, but the phone did not work. (I want to add that a friend of mine was staying on the same floor and his TV did not work. He didn’t bother to complain since he was hardly in his room. I went downstairs to complain about all the issues and a hotel worker wrote everything down, incformed me she would forward it to the manager and get back to me. The sounds continued the entire next day. No one ever got back to me and I chose not to mention it at checkout since I needed the hotel to hold my bags for most of the day and I already was hesitant in trusting the staff. Stay away.
