Ridiculous renovations. I've stayed here many times but never again. All the surfaces are hard plastic, and thin metal bed supports that sound like banging on a drum if you happen to bump one. Guaranteed to wake up everyone in your room and maybe everyone else on the floor. And pegs to hang your clothes from like scout camp. Really really stupid.

There is nothing good to share about our stay, I waited for over ten minutes for someone to check me in, I had to go knock on a staff only door to let her know I was even there. There was no elevator my 70 year old wife and I had to hand carry our luggage up two flights of stairs. When I first entered my room I had to use one of the rest room towels to clean the floors in the bathroom and the bedroom!! There was very little sleep, we heard slamming doors repeatedly, kids screaming and conversations from other customers all the way up to 12:00 mid-night, no one came upstairs to see what was going on!! The complimentary breakfast was a joke, I spent way too much much money for this type of poor cleanliness and poor customer service, someone should repay me for whole amount of my stay of one night!! I will never return to this hotel or any other Microtel locations!! I will also let everyone I know to not even think about staying at Microtel!!

Good to stay on a roadtrip overnight.
We stayed overnight at this hotel and it was a good nights rest. The rooms are clean and the beds comfortable. The breakfast… Mostly carbs, doughnuts, waffles, bagels and more bread. There is a small fridge with apples and yogurt. That’s it. So not really breskfast.

We paid top dollar, in my mind ( $170) for a room that should have cost under one hundred. Needed maintenance in the bathroom but it was clean. Poor morning choices for food, and again for the cost of the stay I expected more.
