The staff was extremely friendly and kind, excellent service. However, the coffee machines were broken most of the time, the power left a few times in middle of the night. .that was scary. The toilet didn't flush well and many spots of the hotel were only for "club members". Drinks were okayish, not great

Nos fuimos el día de hoy del hotel descompuestos. Hoy nos enteramos que estamos intoxicados, yo, mi señora y mi hija de 1 año. Mientras te preparan el omelete en el desayuno, vez en el fondo las cucarachas pasar. Tuvimos que hacer filas para todo. Ya sea para pedir un trago, comer o desayunar. En el buffet la comida siempre está fría. 2 de los días que estuvimos, terminamos el desayuno sin que nos sirvan el café. Es una lástima que tan lindo hotel tenga tan mal servicio. Hay mucha gente para el poco personal que hay
