Didn't have the unit # or code to get in (should have that ready the second I paid and booked) Didn't know where to park not visible at all (where to go) No reception at all therefore delaying communication. No extra paper towels or toilet paper. Had coffee machine but no coffee or filters. Mosquitos inside the unit. Unfortunately we will not be staying here again

Amazing, comfortable condo in Las Conchas!
We had a wonderful time at the Linda Vista condos. During check-in I had an issue with the door as well as an issue with one of the toilets and staff was readily available to help. Communication was great, the location is perfect - 5 minute walk to the beach, 10 minute commute to other beaches and town. There is a small store on the property fully stocked with essentials. I will certainly stay again!

Has potential.
It was advertised as sleeping 8 people. No sheets or extra bedding available at check in. Mattresses were very hard in bedrooms. Only 5 forks to eat with for 8 people. Unit was pretty. Good view. Would have been nice to have chairs on patio to enjoy view.
