It was quite for a place that close to the airport

Clean and quiet

Very old rooms n old furniture smell

The place was clean, spacious and close to the airport. Unfortunately, they did not have their grill open because of staffing issues, but the hotel next door had a diner.

Just what we needed for our last night in PDX -- clean, good facility. And the 24 hour airport shuttle was invaluable!

The staff was friendly and the room was big and clean

My AC was blowing hot my room was very hot had to ask for a fan

Check in was easy. The desk person was friendly. However the codition of property was less than. Door in bathroom was shredded from water damage from the faulty shower head. The chair was so dirty. And worn I was afraid to sit in it.

The shuttle rune like clock work never late and there are smoking rooms not many around these days nice option for the people who need it!!!

Friendly staff. The location was great and quiet. They have 24/7 service pick up and drop off to the airport and this is very perfect.

They are running a scam in that hotel. Dirty carpet. Smelly hallway. No working atm. Breakfast sucked!

The hotel smells and is in desperate need of renovation - but the worst is that it appeared I was given a room with no running water to the bathroom sink and shower! There was a little mini bar sink where I took a sponge bath - but when I complained at checkout he acted like it was my fault! Seems if you wrench with strength, pull and twist simultaneously, and hold your mouth just right, one can get water - but if this is a known quirk, why wasn’t I forewarned at check-in? Or a sign could be posted with the trick described - but then when I called desk on check-in in response to sign that said ‘staff will help turn on heat,’ the result was advice to find something to stand on and crawl up to unit high in wall. Don’t stay here - it’s only a cut above sleeping in the airport.

I was going to complain about the shower because I could not get it to work. However, when I checked out and mentioned it, I was told that I had to "turn AND pull it out." I guess I had turned it left and right, tried to pull it out, but never did both at the same time. Go figure.
