Best/safest/cleanest place to stay if you need an airport hotel this is it! They have a restaurant and bar on site that serves great basic food for the weary traveler. Would definitely stay here and I highly recommend for the airport layover you never knew you needed.
The front desk staff are helpful but not enthusiatic to work with. They just want to give you the keys and the information. After that, I could tell that they do not want to be bothered
The breakfast is good and has an omelet station. The staff are helpful. The rooms are clean large and comfortable. It’s close to the airport so no need to miss your flight.
Over priced and check-out too early
Pros: The location was awesome very convenient near airport and highways. Staff was friendly. The rooms were very clean. The free breakfast was awesome. Nice facility from dining area to gym to rooms. Cons: During check in was not given tickets to get in and out of the parking so the next day had to spend time going back and forth to get out of parking lot. Asked for connecting rooms did not get and it would have been helpful since 1 of our room shower handle was broken and didn't have a shower for 2 days had to borrow the other rooms shower down one floor. Mini fridge dial was also broken so couldn't adjust to make it colder. Booked a room for 10 people and 2 rooms but each room only had 2 bath towels prepared had to ask for extra towels. Family really liked the location and property and especially the friendly staff that helps during breakfast. Place has a lot of potential. Would love to give this place a second try next time we are in town.
I did not get to experience it, I needed to change the dates around and could not get help with that so therefore I loast my booking and all the money
Property was nice, however the air conditioning in our room didn’t work and they moved us rooms but the new room was missing a lot (body wash, toilet paper, blow dryer, etc) and was dirty with hairs all over (it almost seemed like they gave us a room they no longer used for guests. Some of the staff we encountered were very rude, especially in the breakfast area and housekeeping. The breakfast appeared to be large, but was extremely basic and tasteless. Pool was tiny and so packed, and they have the chairs do close to the pool due to small area, that observers and all items were splashed countless times while trying to watch our kids. The Peleton they “featured” in the gym was out of service, so that was super disappointing. Overall would not return or recommend to anyone.
