Biggest thing that takes this down to 1 star is the fact that they don't tell you about the additional exorbitant parking fee until you actually get there, and it is not really highlighted on booking sites, so you are surprised when you get there

My husband and I forgot deodorant and asked the front desk where to go to a drug store. They asked what we needed and I told him deodorant. He opened a draw and gave us one for men and one for women. I was so surprised and asked how much? He said complimentary. That was awesome!!

Over priced.
We over paid. The carpet was wet in 2 spots. 1st spot was by the fridge in the room. The 2nd spot was by the bed. It grossed me out. No hair dryer in our room. They gave me an accessible room. Neither of us are handicap. We paid 27.00 to park. The parking lot was filled and tricky to find spots. People were double parked. The lot needs to be supervised. My room was cleaned half. We had no hand soap. And crumbs and a bottle cap under the bed. Like i said. Room was just ok.

The staff was great, but the walls are paper thin, other guests were noisy all night, and the heating/cooling unit in the room was busted—it made buzzing and rattling noises (but the room got super stale if it was off). The location was great for access to downtown and North Shore activities, but don’t expect to get much sleep if you stay here.
