You need a car or expect to taxi around. Otherwise it is a fine property in a central location, quiet and safe. I would recommend to friends.

Everything was great except the first night. The sofa bed mattress was super old and bent from all corners and middle. It looked like it was crumbled and put back on. We were on the first floor had to pay almost $400 for the night. The bar was soooo loud we could hear people as if they were in the room with us. It was past midnight and they were still being so loud from the lobby and the pool side. Then around 6am breakfast time was super aloud AGAIN! I HAVE NEVER HAD SUCH A TERRIBLE NIGHT none of us slept, my mom besides having to sleep in a terrible mattress could not sleep either from all the people screaming outside in the pool area. The next day we switched rooms to a higher level at half the price and was phenomenal.

Wonderful stay at the Aiden
We are a Canadian couple from Manitoba, making our way to Palm Desert for the month of March. We chose this hotel for it's proximity to the freeway. We had a very quiet suite with a great sofa that was perfect for our 5 night stay. The suite was quiet and clean. Shampoo etc was good quality, I like the idea of a make-up cloth that was provided as well as good quality towels The most surprising thing for me was the coffee machine in the lobby, it made Starbucks coffee to your specification every cup was delicious and hot. a real bonus for those who want a really good cup of coffee in the morning or at any time during the day! The location was excellent with many great restaurants in very close proximity. NakedQ was our favourite no fuss, great tasting food at reasonable price. Sam the manager and Sam the desk check-in-person were excellent, it always helps when your staff make every effort to accommodate their guests. Very impressed with everyone who was working there! We did not partake in the breakfast it was a 10$/person fee. I don't have breakfast so it was not an issue for me. If we are ever in Scottsdale again we will definitely be booking in at the Aiden again.

The bathroom was the only part that was subpar. The lighting was terrible, there was no water pressure, the body wash left my skin sticky, and the toilet paper was like sandpaper.
