The staff were very friendly. Bathroom and water pressure were great considering it was an older hotel in Europe. Woman who ran the breakfast area was amazing. I would stay here again! Maybe could use new carpet.

Overall okay
Overall okay. Hotel was small but good enough if you’re only sleeping and touring paris during the day. Our room heater was stuck on so the room got very hot, I think this was only an issue with our room though. Service was very nice. Cleanliness could be improved as table tops were dusty.

When on the most poor hotel, I had stayed. Deposit Box faulty, no water as given by other hotels, reservation of taxi called early in morning, when I had to leave at 11 AM. Slippery toilet tile , no one put in toilet. I fell being disable, seeing these conditions and other reservations by Expedia were cancelled and I fell I’ll with severe anxiety, depression, sore throat, ear infection and colitis etc.

The place is very quiet, everything is clean, the hotel is in a very good location, it is close to everything. A good place to rest because you don't hear noise.

Overall the staff was honestly very nice and helpful. However the overall hotel was not what I thought it would be. The photos don't show how beat up the place actually is. My tea kettle had so much mold, which completely turned me off so I never consumed anything else thereafter. My room phone the entire time did not work 4 days. Someone came and fixed it once I noticed it didn't work after so I never bothered letting them know again. I had to use my personal cell phone to contact front desk for basic needs such at toilet tissue, I was lucky when someone answered another time I had to walk down in my pajamas for assistance. Upon check out I asked for a bottle of water to take with me and gentleman at front desk did try to assist however a door was locked so he was unable to provide that water bottle because he had no key, just a complete joke honestly. Just really did not have a good experience here. I wouldn't recommend staying here at all.
