My husband and I always like staying at this property. The pool is always at a comfortable temperature. And we just love the bartender and all the pool staff. Great drinks and service. The rooms are always nice and clean. The casino is right next to the property and we love going there to gamble Downtown is also right there and very convenient to walk to all the restaurants. Rates are reasonable as well

The staff was beyond excellent. It was very quiet and relaxing. The food and food service was excellent. The only reason I wouldn’t give this a 5 star rating is because there was signs of wear and aging, which is fine except we paid top dollar. I would definitely stay there again. A special call out to the pool service staff, Hattie and Bill.

Hotel rooms are in need of upgrades. Curtains alone are in sloppy condition. Just not effect I’d expect from a Hilton, especially in Palm Springs. And then to be charged resort fees to park. Crazy.
