A lovely clean, modern hotel. Above a train station and shopping centre which was very convenient. Staff were helpful and the electronic check-in was smooth although the huge lineup was tiresome. I think it must be a daily occurrance to have a hundred or so people cueing for check-in and four machines. It was strange for us to have to have all the toothbrushes, hairbrushes, tea and coffee etc downstairs in the lobby but at least a lot was provided, unlike other hotels. Free fresh tea and coffee was available from machines in the lobby. Another thing I will mention is the lineups to use the elevators to get out of the building were at times huge. This was a quiet hotel which was lovely. Windows didnt open at all unfortunately. We had a great view of Osaka from our 8th floor. I would revommend this hotel as the room was spacious for Japan and the location was spot on for our needs and close to Umeda station, sky building, shopping etc.

This is a big hotel where lots of people stay. Check in was very busy with a long queue but was managed well using the automated machines. So although busy, hotel staff were friendly, it was clean, rooms were big and location was convenient.

This was a great location for a stay in Osaka. It’s fairly close to most of the tourist areas. The restaurant mall on the 8th floor is very convenient if you don’t want to go searching for a particular restaurant. The lower floors being a mall is also very convenient for shopping including groceries. I’d stay here again.
