The room was small, but functional. Pillows seem to be a mix and match, three king size and one standard, and not firm, at all. Nice lobby with games. Free breakfast was a plus. There is an additional fee for parking.

Very modern environment with welcoming staff. Our only issue was the Parking Fee at $20 per Night. I think this cost is relatively high as there was no security upon entering or leaving the property, the boom barriers were even left open occasionally. Still trying to figure out what the $20 covered.

Front desk staff terrible, they dont want to be there. We stay 4 days they never clean my room. Breakfast was really bad, not many option. Lobby was super loud and crowded.

There for major volleyball tournament. Seemed that the staff couldn’t keep up with the common areas. Garbage cans full. Tables were dirty. The bar needs to carry better wine selection.

Welcoming staff, beautiful and clean rooms that made you feel safe and comfortable. The breakfast and snack bar were a definite must! Delicious and convienient! Location stood out to me and made it easy to explore parks in Orlando. We will be back to try the bar and pool experience! We loved our stay!
