Absolutely amazing! We travel to Florida every year and this resort by far has been the best. It truly feels like a resort, clean, tons of pool chairs, friendly staff, comfortable beds! We will definitely be returning

Just Disgusting!
So.... this resort has always been one of my go-to (between margaritaville). The room was clean on the surface. I didn’t expect the room or anything, so by 11pm i went to bed without looking at anything. I woke up and saw blood on the pillows and the sheets. I checked myself and i don't have any open cuts. Plus the blood was dried and stained. I contact front desk and someone was/is supposed to contact me but nothing.

Property is rather hard to check into, parking is difficult at best. The restaurant is a joke. Icemaker in rooms do not work. Room is quiet. The bed is as hard as a rock. Good shower nice view.

Harassing and pushy sales people
The front desk staff were great. Rooms were clean a d comfortable. However the sales people were pushy and harassed me the entire trip waking me up on both the nights were stayed there. They told me to come pick up my breakfast when then telling me upon arrival that I had to do the presentation. I told them I didnt want to do this. They then called me 3 times on my cell phone that day and then from the room the next morning promising 200 dollar gift card evem when not doing the presentation. We both knew this was dishonesty because of what happened to me yesterday. For the last time, I don't want to attend your presentation and I am not interested in a ticket.

It was a safe feeling from the moment you drove up to the gate. You cant get onto the property unless security takes your name for starters. It shows right from the beginning that they care about there guests. Secondly they take great care of the property itself. Very clean from the moment you walk in the lobby etc. The rooms were very roomy with all the amenities you could need for your stay. I highly recommend this property especially for a long stay in the Orlando Area. You are right outisde disney but with all the comforts of home and then some.

This resort was absolutely amazing. The 1st night we stayed in a suite and the second we stayed in a studio. The suite was absolutely perfect. Clean, spacious, luxurious and above all worth eevry penny. The studio king was completely different in size, however, amazing. Spacious, clean and felt like a little studio home. The resort itself was so big. Lots to do and see. Thank you to all of the staff who checked us in and out. Funny, curtious and gave excellent information
