Check in was very easy and they gave clear instructions to our room location. The room was very roomy and comfortable. One of the tv remote batteries were dead but luckily there were two in our room. So close to universal too!

My only complaint is the cafe that is open for breakfast. Staff didn't want to be there. Food and drinks expensive. Coffee was ok but just say no to the breakfast options.

Need more regulation of pool area. There were 15 year olds that underage drinking and grown men swimming in their actual boxer briefs and it made my 10 year old very uncomfortable so we left

We were very happy how close the hotel was to the universal parks it was a very easy walk, however there were some cleaning and presentation oversights, as well as there being no housekeeping during my visit.
