My stay was amazing. Every staff member was courteous, polite and go the extra mile to ensure my needs are met. They also provided the option of hotel credits in exchange of foregoing having my room made as a step to be more eco friendly. I was disappointed that the outdoor pool was closed for the season, it was something i was looking forward to.

The environment of the hotel is very good. They offer a very nice breakfast - buffet style or traditional Japanese style. There are many nice restaurants around the hotel for dinner. The hotel offers enough parking space. Various activities can be booked at the beach. However when booking these activities it’s slightly more expensive at the hotel than at a local shop.

The lunch time bar was closed so limited food options- it would have been nice to sit and look at the ocean while eating lunch - the poolside bar very basic and microwave stuff - not good and expensive
