Love this property, always stay when in Oakland, convenient to everything. Didn’t care for the room this time was given a handicap room. Floor and headboard had stains. I will stay again but will ask for a non handicap room next time.
Old and very dated.
The hotel is a first class hotel with beautiful rooms. It is close to the restaurants in Jack London square. The hotel staff went above and beyond the call of duty helping us during our one nite stay. Thank you Hyatt!

Great Hotel. I always stay here when visiting Oakland. They gave me a great top floor room, with balcony overlooking the harbor and estuary! Very clean property and the staff are nice and professional!
Great spot and dog friendly. The views are beautiful and staff were very helpful. I would stay here again.
I stayed during the CoVID restrictions so there were many things that the staff and property could not do. not their fault and I have every certainty that things would have been amazing
