The hotel room was clean. The staff were difficult to understand behind the glass and there was no hot water in the shower the morning we checked out. It was extremely unpleasant after a day of flying and driving over 5 hours to try and take an ice cold shower.
The staff was amazing and extremely helpful. I was disappointed to see quite a bit of hair in my bed when I pulled the comforter back. Additionally, there was a lot of hair in the shower and on the bathroom floor.

Property need some updating. We had to change rooms. No sming room and reaked of smoke.
This hotel has spacious rooms and comfortable beds. But needs a little facelift and more food options. It is about 20 minutes from Newark airport, when traffic is not congested.
Property in ill repair. No food service.
The lady in the front counter was not friendly, and don't have customer relation skill
The hotel was very clean, staff was very professional. I enjoyed my stay there. Highly recommended.
30 minutes to check in with only 2 people ahead of me. Front desk person was clearly very sick…coughing heavily….spraying Lysol on the counter on front of her…leaving the desk to cough…even coming around to the lobby side to open both doors and let air circulate. In today’s world, those are concerning actions.
