I like that it was convenient from the airport, mall, and going out to do other things locally. I felt like the bed comfort was ok.

When we got to the hotel, no one was at the reception desk. We knocked on the plexiglass screen several times to no avail. After about 10 minutes or so, a male staff member came out and checked us in. However, he really needs more training on customer service. He didn't say sorry for being late. He was unfriendly. The next day was not much better. There were no paper cups for the coffee. When I asked the same male staff member, he said, "Unfortunately" they didn't have any more cups. He later hesitantly asked me how many cups I needed, and went and grabbed three mugs for me after I said I needed a few. Overall, my experience was terrible.

The front desk staff (esp. Noelle & another staff member when I checked in) provide great friendly customer service. But the other property staff barged into my room even though I wasn't due to check out. She literally opened the door to try to get me out! Good thing I had the deadbolt in place.

Debris on the floor. Debris iin the drawer, refrigerator was unable to open. Microwave was too small, powerless.

Smells like urine in the hallways, especially on the 3rd floor. At least the window in the room opens a few inches to let that fresh Newark air in as well as the Airplane noise!

The property needs to be updated and was not clean. There was hair on one of the towels. Large spills/stains were on the carpet by the bed and there was something sticky on the carpet. The bathroom seemed to be clean but the other areas were brushed over instead of being thoroughly cleaned.
