Above average comfort and spacious rooms. ( we had the mini suite) the bed and pillows were so dreamy. Everything in the room and hotel smelled clean and appeared clean. There were never any towels at the pool. And when I requested 5 , she only had 1. Not sure what is going on with the laundry crew. This was every day we were here so it wasn't just a one off situation. But really, I love this place and would stay for a 3rd time on our next little adventure. :)

The rooms and property was nice amd clean BUT THE POOL & HOT TUB was not working and the water in the hot tub was brown and the pool had a film over the water. It smelled awful. They finally put up an out of order sign when I complained. I went there because of the indoor pool and hot tub for 3 nights but was sadly disappointed. Three couples together expecting to use the pool and hot tub: but it was so out of order.

Better to not offer it, than get this review.
The only thing bad I will say is the breakfast offered was horrible. Make you own waffle tasted like rubber. The butter was 48% vegetable oil. The sausage link was ready cooked and then microwaved (was cool and not browned) No crispy bacon. The coffee was okay, but real half and half and sugar in the raw would have made it so much better. Perhaps don't offer breakfast if its not edible.

Two sleepless nights at
Booked a suite room for extra space. Unfortunately all the suites are next to the elevator shafts so continuous noise all night It was miserable and the staff did not have a room any available rooms!!!
