Really nice, large suite. Upgraded to the ocean view. Well stocked kitchenette. Great king bed. Pretty quiet and the room was in really good condition. We needed a dish towel and the front desk dropped one off super quickly. Front desk staff were friendly and efficient. We had a great stay.

The staff were super friendly, our room and balcony were fantastic with a partial view of the ocean, kitchen was well equipped and daily cleaning service available. Great restaurant with friendly staff. Nice beach walk in front.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It is a great location in Parksville right on the beach and easy access to the boardwalk. Beds, super comfy, rooms in need of a renovation, stronger water pressure in the shower would be welcomed. The staff were very personable and willing to assist. We ate breakfast at the restaurant & it was delicious. With some renovation this property could be a 4 1/2 star resort. We were not a fan of the resort fee given that for 1 day the pool & hot tub were closed and you really don't get much for this daily fee. We would stay at this property again in the future.
