Excellent service. Our son fell sick on the last day and the staff went all out to help us get a taxi and made a reservation at the clinic. Special thanks to Mr Emoto for all the hard work. The property is also very well connected to shopping and the bus terminal. Also convenient being 300m from the nagoya station.

The hotel staff is a key for guests. One of the front staffs was excellent because she has memorized my name by meeting with me once. By calling my name politely l felt at home to stay at the hotel. The house keepers were also polite to me all the time. I want to recommend the Meitetsu Ground Hotel for the peoples who are visiting Nagoya. I would like to stay at this hotel again.
