Ceiling was leaking on 4th floor
Stayed Friday-Sunday. Saturday we come back to the room after atttending an event and find that the ceiling in our room was leaking. We are were the 4th floor and it was pouring down rain. Clothes and items were soaking wet. The ceiling had a wide seam that had a repair. It was leaking badly. Went down to the front desk and was told there is no manager on duty but they did offer free breakfast for us for Sunday morning. Spoke again Sunday morning and was given an apology and a shrug.

Great stay, would stay again!
We really loved staying here and we'll definitely be back... the whole building has been redecorated and completely looks modern. Clean quiet and comfortable with plenty of parking across the street at starbucks home depot in a very big shopping center. The beds were very comfortable and we loved that the bathroom mirror had a magnifying mirror inside of it so we didn't have to pack one. Great stay!

I had no warm water in my room. I told them the night before, supposedly was fixed. However, i could not shower the next morning. I let front office know and they said it would be hot in a few minutes that maintenance had to “turn broiler on”. It never warmed and I had to leave for a work meeting and not showered. Very disappointed
