The check-in process was seamless and quick, thanks to the friendly and efficient front desk staff. They were incredibly welcoming and went out of their way to ensure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The hotel offers an array of fantastic amenities, including Dining at the hotel's restaurant.

The Hotel was excellent. The parking garage is for smaller cars, if your vehicle is over 5'-8" don't go into it. The small gift shop needs some help. It was either not open or didn't have stamps. It took us 2 days to get a stamp for a postcard. Not a big deal as things go. The restaurant/bar, while nice, was vacant most of the time. The breakfast was way over-priced for what was offered. The scrambled eggs were horrible...powdered??? Good sausage, bacon, and beans (when available). The bar, to be open until 11 pm, was closed by 9:45 after the hockey game (When we got there) Door was open, however. Bartender said it was slow so the manager told him to close up and go. Too bad, as we were hoping to unwind there. Otherwise, the Hotel itself was very good.

I liked the location, it was close to shopping, food and everything was within walking distance. The property is clean and well-kept. The suite had lots of room and was very comfortable. The only complaint I have is that my room was not cleaned the second day I was there so I had to go to the desk to report that the room needed housekeeping.
