This property seems to be really struggling with staffing. When we checked in, the room we were assigned had dirty towels and the bed was already slept in. When we asked to trade this room, the assistant manager did not even apologize for the incident or acknowledge it. The rooms were clean and the interior outdoor area was lovely. The lobby was well kept too. That being said, we tried to buy water from the snack area and no one was anywhere in sight and we watched one couple try to check in for 30 minutes, calling every possible number and it took that long to get someone to help them. At check out, my mom, who had a room 4 doors down from us, found out she had also been charged the $75 pet deposit even though we were the ones with a dog in our room. When she told the staff that she did not have a dog and wanted this removed, they stated that only a manager could remove it and he would not be in until tomorrow. This hotel was clean and convenient but I would definitely not recommend it due to short staffing and service.
