1. Check in was supposed to be at 4. I came in at 3:40 and I was told that the wait would be 30-40 min and that they would call. I drove around till 4:40 and no one called. 2. Shower was leaking all night long. Couldn’t fully close the tap. 3. The bathroom exhaust did not work. Haven’t had a bad experience in a Double Tree before. Hope this is just a bad day for them.

I saw breakfast included when I made reservations and now they saying it’s not. This might be a Travelocity problem. Checkout says noon and I just called to ask for late check out and they said they can do 1140am. What the hell?!

Everything would give everything a 5 star but I stay for 7 days and the hotel was FREEZING!!! I asked the staff why isn’t the ac/heater able to get warm when you put the temperature up to 90 degrees I only gets colder they said you have to turn the ac completely off and just use the outside air to feel the room. HORRIBLE. Also the WiFi does not work at all. I changed rooms due to a situation and it still didn’t work. The staff was amazing overall. The staff saved the ratings too be honest l.
