Door was stuck to where you couldn't open easily. There was a loud fan noise that ran all night and got louder so we couldn't sleep, terrible. Toilet seat was not fastened and no conditioner. No pool towels and no longer has a hot tub as advertised

The experience was awesome we were on spring break kids loved the pool never to busy,,,and the breakfast was amazing and the server was so sweet,,,the best stay in a while we will definitely stay again!!!!!!!!!

Absolutely horrible staff at night! They are so entitled and rude. We accidentally disabled our room key and when we asked for help the man acted like it was the end of the world. The elevator is absolutely disgusting, and the room floors were disgusting. The linens were stained, and the shower looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in days. The price was great for a last minute trip but don’t waste your money on these people.
