Never been to LA before. Convenient location to Universal Studios; however, there was no transportation to the theme park. Heavy traffic in front of the hotel. No hotel convenience is like a on-site laundry. Hot showers are only available at night since there's limited hot water during the day. The staff was very welcoming and hospitable, but I wish I would have paid the extra $100 for a better hotel experience.

This was a great hotel and the staff works hard to maintain cleanliness. They have great smelling deodorizers throughout the hotel. The beds are really comfortable. It’s a 6 minute drive to universal studios.

My door didn’t lock. Heater didn’t work and mold though out the room. Talked too a worker he said he was going too have a manager reach out. And gave me the email. Nobody reached out. I emailed nobody responded too me. Overall the worst hotel I’ve been too.
