The sign had letters out on both sides. I was disappointed not to see it all lit up, that is the coolest part of this hotel. The room was fine, clean, hard surface floors, the double room has double beds, not queens which was weird because the room is large enough for two queens. Overall it was okay and served our purposes. Safe, quiet neighborhood and the Frontier Wok restaurant across the street had good food.

I’ve learned to trust the review ratings on Expedia. This hotel did not disappoint with its 9.0 review rating! For me, it’s all about the cleanliness of the room and the rest of the hotel. This hotel looks and smells cleaner than some high end hotels! Will be returning!

The stay was great, however I still have yet to receive my $250 deposit back from checking in. Nothing from them saying why I haven’t received the money either. The room was great, in a good spot of Burbank. Bed was comfy, parking lot is a little tight though. Overall, great other than not receiving my money back

Perfect place to stay for a quiet night
My mom and i stayed here for one night when we went to universal. What a cute and quiet place! Staff was very friendly and helpdul, the room was clean and comfortable, the location was so clean and quiet.
