Property is absolutely stunning! Staff were super helpful, professional and attentive. My only comment, charging to use the pool and spa area was a little excessive when we already booked/paid for a massage. I will add, it was an amazing massage!

Was disappointed in this hotel. We booked a one night stay then were told we had to pay extra to use the swimming pool £50 per person. The interior was beautiful but the service did not match. Breakfast was a shambles. We were given a menu but had to then ask someone to take our order. The hot food was eventually served but the order was wrong. Had to wait again then served wrong again. Only ordered the regular breakfast with fried egg and no tomato. But was served with scrambled egg and tomato. On the second attempt it still had tomato on the plate. My order (eggs Benedict) never arrived so I had a croissant with my coffee while my husband ate his reheated breakfast. Twenty minutes later when we had given up on my breakfast, the order arrived but I declined as it looked dry as though reheated. No real apology given Very disappointing. Had much better service and quality of food in Premier Inn the previous night.

Beautiful building- warm welcome and a lovely room. Comfy beds and great pillows. Coffee in the room was cheap and nasty but great biscuits Should have been warned about the charge for the spa. Breakfast was disappointing- full English was small and didn’t taste great. Plus no decaf tea!
