The front desk staff when we checked in were great. Friday night the people in the room above us were extremely noisy (stomping on the floor, running from one side of the room to the other) and we called the front desk to make a complaint working and no one answered the phone. I ended up going to the front desk to see if they could ask the people above our room to quiet down only to find out that there was only 1 person working the entire hotel. The hotel needs to have more staff working.

We stayed two nights and it was so noisy up stairs, it kept us up all night both nights. We alerted the staff and nothing happened. The tile floor in our bathroom was very sticky, we had to lay towels down to walk through the bathroom and ask for more towels. There was nothing done about the sticky floor or the noise.
