We came into a clogged toilet in our room. Our room smelled like urine. Our sheets smelled like body odor of the previous guest. Room and hotel felt unclean and very old. Key cards stopped working during the middle of our stay. Staff was nice.

I enjoyed my stay here. It was a very easy walk to the restaurant and shops in N. Little Rock, and steps away from the bridge to downtown across the river or the free Trolley. The free shuttle was helpful for after dark transportation and to/from the airport. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful. My only wish was that the carpeting in my room were cleaner. I was too lazy to ask them to come in to vacuum again but otherwise everything was clean and felt very safe.

The hotel staff was 5-star excellent. Unfortunately, my car received damage in the parking lot on the final days of my stay. Of course, I know that parking is at your "own risk" but the incident damaged the memory of my stay.

Great stay again this year. We always stay here on our way to TX. The only issue was the lack of cold water in the shower. The water was to scalding hot to take needed showers. We reported the issue to the Front Desk upon checkout.

The staff were very accommodating, especially the staff working the breakfast buffet. We arrived in town and wanted to check-in early and the staff stepped up and got us into a room. The room was nice and we had a view of the pool area; which has a nice sitting area with a fire pit. Bed was AMAZING!

Definitely a NEGATIVE ONE STAR -1.
Disappointing experience. I traveled in from out of state to the location early morning of the date of my reservation. I was told that the earliest check in time would be much later in the evening. I had no other choice but to book ANOTHER trip back home. When expressing my grievance to the management division of the hotel - they decided to not give me a refund. Not only did I lose points that I applied towards this stay, but I also did not receive a refund. It screams DESPERATION when an establishment such as this one can continue to drag out a grievance/ concern with excuses of “our systems are down” or “our systems are still being updated” rather than doing the pious thing in refunding the individual their funds back especially if they went through the appropriate chain of commands to address this issue well in advance before the “check in time.” Definitely a NEGATIVE ONE STAR -1.
