A really cool property with fun, nightlife and restaurants also walk ability to other places that you can go. This was specifically convenient because I was going to see Mariah 👧👱♀️ at the park MGM grand so that made it really convenient.

I am writing to share my recent experience at The Nomad Hotel, booked through Orbitz, which regrettably fell far short of my expectations. On the morning of February 10th, my 18-year-old niece and I experienced a distressing incident during our stay. We were abruptly awakened by violent knocks and yelling at our hotel room door, leading us to believe there was a fire. Upon opening the door, we were confronted by individuals who entered our room without invitation, exacerbating our sense of vulnerability. It was later discovered that a toilet supply line had broken, causing extensive flooding within our room. Despite our immediate pleas for assistance, no apologies were offered, and we endured over two hours of upheaval without adequate support from hotel staff. Repeated attempts to contact management for assistance were met with inadequate responses, and promises of reimbursement for damages incurred remain unfulfilled. As a loyal customer, I have always held The Nomad Hotel in high regard. However, the events of February 10th have left me deeply disappointed with the level of neglect, service and care provided by The Nomad staff. I hope that by sharing my experience, steps will be taken to address these issues and prevent similar incidents in the future.

We had a great time at the property, Chris at the front desk was amazing super friendly. We were able to check in right away. I love the decor and also how clean the property was. In addition, I did find out this property is no smoking in the casino which is a huge plus. One area where I thought could increase customer service particularly because this property draws a lot of people and has a lot of restaurants/food options is in the eatery. We had drinks and lunch, and the customer service was awful, not friendly, very rude. Also, the dealers at the table definitely could put a smile on their face. Other than that Nomad library was amazing service and so was the Dolby live experience.
Dustin and the new girl are a class act. The place is a palace and full service. No impersonal kiosk to check in. Nice pool.
I wish they had better accommodations for handicapped individuals when it came to some of the features of the rooms, especially the bathrooms. The bathroom was not handicapped accessible.
I really think you are nickle and diming guests charging for parking. It used to be free at all the hotels. Still should be and the resort fee is ridiculous. Should just charge more for the room, extra fees are just ridiculous when you have no choice.
