No Shower in the morning
The overnight stay was spoilt by the failure of the reception staff to address my complaint regarding no hot water to shower with in the morning. Apparently a few other rooms suffered the same problem nearby so they were fully aware that this was a genuine complaint. Reception did not offer any compensation just “we will email you later”. Well here we are and over a week has passed and nothing heard from them. Very disappointed. Not the best way to start a 10 hour flight and certainly not what I expect from Hilton Hotels.

Great pre-flight stay.
Room was very spacious and the bed was comfortable. The TV reception was not very good due to a weak signal. Room service was very quick and the food very good. Exceptionally well located for access to Gatwick South Terminal. Covered walkway and through the car park straight into terminal building - 5 minute walk.
