Unable to get into room with key
The website says pet friendly, but it didn’t ask about a pet staying with us. So, when we got there they didn’t know we had a pet, I let them know, and they changed our room to one that was in a “being remodeled “ section. When we got to the room, the door was not closed all the way. When we attempted to leave to go walk the strip, we found out why. The key worked and the little light turned green, but the tumblers inside the door didn’t turn and we couldn’t get back into the room, but we could open it from the inside. I walked back to let them know and their solution was, “we can get you back in if you stop by when you come back “. I’m sorry but I shouldn’t have to break into the room or have them do it anytime I want to leave. They said they were booked and we couldn’t get another room. So, we were basically barred to the room unless we wanted them to break in, or we could leave the door open. They wouldn’t let us stay in the original room because of our pet.

Icey stay
Upon check in, we fiund a dated exterior but in a nice location. We were charged an unexpected $18 parking fee. We entered the room to find a recently redesigned interior; much more pleasant the exterior. But, it was unfinished and likely violated fire code. The king sized bed had the worlds tiniest, flat pillows. There was no smoke detector but the wires for installation were hanging from the ceiling. It is a fire code violation and will be reported to authorities. There was no toilet paper holder either. The ironing board was leaning against the wall because there is no closet. The best surprise, sarcasm implied, was when we attempted to shower. The water was ice cold. When it had run about 5 minutes, there was a slight warming but not enough to comfortably shower. The front desk receptionist was unapologetic. In summary, find a different location. This room wasn't ready for guests and should never have been rented.

Not a bit happy with hotels.com.
Hotels.com did not comply with what they told me they were going to do. They charged me a different amount up front than what was actually charged, they failed to mention a $40 parking fee which was collected at the front desk. This was my first experience with hotels.com and will be my last.

1. Dirty bedsheets. 2. Dirty room with paint drippings and dust everywhere. 3. The AC was malfunctioning; the room was either freezing or boiling hot. 4. No trash can in the room. 5. There was a huge window at the ceiling right in front of the bed, so it was impossible to sleep comfortably due to the light. 6. The TV wasn’t working.. stuck on mute It seems like the room was still under renovation; paint job wasn’t completed. it shouldn’t have been booked out for anyone to stay until the renovation is completed. Completely not worth the money; we had to use our own bedsheets. The only part of the room that was ok was the bathroom. I wish I could upload the pictures here.. I would never stay there again

You get what you pay for……
We loved being downtown and close to all the restaurants/attractions. The hotel is very dated…… The first room we had didn’t have hot water so they moved us to a creek view room which was great but the bed was uncomfortable and the fire place didn’t work. The hotel advertises a heated pool but I never saw one. You also have to pay for parking which is NOT listed anywhere online.

Beds hard…. Brown ceiling tiles in bathroom… sticky bathroom floor…. Some lights didn’t work… vents very dusty….. not enough towels for guest…. Charged $10 per car per day to park on there property… booked online it was not at address given online but very close but up a steep hill so thankful my parents didn’t join on trip they couldn’t have walked that hill to the attractions so I would have had to pay for additional parking… there were many cameras around
