Rude staff, room smelled like wet dog, no way to control air or temp in room due to unprepared damage unit. Won’t be retuning.
Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Bedding was old with some minor holes. Relatively quiet. Continental breakfast very limited. Coffee was good.
East access and parking, front desk was pleasant and efficient. Served our road trip purposes well.

I booked a room at Super 8… they lost it. I had Orbitz call them and they reconfirmed the booking and the Super 8 staff member really didn’t care. Once she was called about 8-9 times I think she finally got the message she had screwed up. Orbitz rebooked me into another hotel. I listened to another person having problems with them as well. If you have a reservation with them don’t count on it.
Never saw property, was called as we were driving to the hotel and they canceled our reservation without giving us any alternatives. The employee was very sympathetic on the phone but it was 11pm and they hung us out to dry
The hotel was pretty good at a decent price. It was comfortable and the staff was friendly and helpful.

Staff was amazing very kind and willing to help with all of our needs! Rooms condition and cleanliness was disappointing. There was a dead fly on the wall above a broken sink. The giant picture that was also the headboard had dirt on the from previous guests touching it (probably when they slept). As much as I was glad to see a HD TV in the room our TV was set to store demo mode and for some reason the hotel didn’t have the original remote for the TV to help get the TV Demo Mode turned off. Ultimately our stay was alright due to the kindness and helpfulness of the front desk staff!!!
Ease of access from interstate and near a delicious restaurant.
I realize that covid-19 has affected a lot of things. I just didn't feel the room was as clean as it should have been. The bed I slept in was barely made. The bathroom definitely needed some attention.
It’s one hour away from Rocky Mountain NP and Denver. I found many nice restaurants nearby, but we went to Denver for dinner. The breakfast is very simple. I saw two staffs who are preparing the breakfast did wear masks when the sign says it’s required in the building.
