Nothing to fault about the hotel but I had booked 2 rooms and one of them was not ready at 3pm so we went in the room that was ready to wait for a phone call from reception . At 4.45pm still hadn’t heard so went to reception where the receptionist did apologise she had been so busy had forgotten to tell us. Perhaps more staff needed on reception

Very comfortable. Service at check in and check out was great. Discounted parking opposite the hotel was a plus. Welcomed a complimentary drink. In-room drink provisions were a little lacklustre.

Excellent place to stay for the weekend
Stayed one night. Hotel is clean and comfortable. Well situated for a short walk into the city centre. Parking is easy and just opposite the hotel. Rooms are adequate with all necessities on hand. My hotel of choice each time I visit Exeter.
