I liked that i was able to walk to dining. Easy access to the Interstate. Certain aspects of the room were looking worn, but other than that, a very nice room for the rate

Comfortable and secure stay
When we travel to El Paso, Tx we always stay at this place, very confortable stay and excellent night rest, great full breakfast, dining area is a bit small though. Place is well lit, never had a problem with burglarizing. Only issues we've seen is no USB outlets for phone charging, need to take your own charger and restroom door to close to floor and toilet. Besides that all is very good, great service at front desk as well. We do enjoy our stays here.

The property was direct on the freeway with only 1 panel windows. Between the cars, refrigerator, and air-conditioning, we could not sleep. Their advertised pool was demolished, literally a whole. Front desk staff was not friendly, not helpful. Breakfast ok.

They steal our money.
Tha hotel is in very unsafe place , not even one of the photos on the website is accurate. They deny us the receive of the stay.we cut the stay two days short because of the safety situation.The manager denied the refund of the two days left that we doesn’t stay in the hotel.We chat with a hotel.com agent and she completely understand what we was asking for. She called the hotel numerous time to talk to the manager and explain to him what happened but he doesn’t want to give us the refund. The swimming pool that they put on the pictures on the website is demolish and under construction. I do not recommend to nobody to stay in that place the Ramada

The rooms were real spacious & comfortable, i enjoyed my stay & the area but some of the bed sheets were dirty/unclean & that wasnt very comforting but thats my only complaint
