Location was perfect. Breakfast (included in our rate) was a buffet with a wide variety of options - all high quality. The room was clean and comfortable. Only complaint was check-in. We arrived on a red-eye and dropped our bags off in the morning. We returned at 3p to check-in and were told our bags were on the way. We wanted nothing more than to shower and get into some new clothes. At 330 the bags still hadn't arrived, I called, and was told they were busy but it would come soon. At 400, I called and offered to come pick them up from wherever they were being held. While the clerk discussed the feasibility of that with a colleague, the bags arrived. Taking an hour post-check in to deliver bags is not Hilton-level service.

Room quite dirty, minimal beverage choice in room. Bathroom tiny, you couldn't open the bathroom door fully. Air-conditioning very slow to work. Building noise and inconvenience.
