Room was clean and quiet. Beds comfortable. Staff pleasant. Parking lot was a little cramped for my full sized pickup truck . I would stay here again.

It is in a good location (close to downtown though you can hear the cars go by) but the room was just small and super worn down (curtain was broken; room wasn't very clean; thermostat was ancient--wasn't clear if it even worked). The place just needs some TLC
Great location with very friendly staff. I received a call 7-10 days prior to arriving to ensure I was still coming. Upon check in, I was greeted in a very friendly manner and was briefed on where the coffee, water, hot tub were and how breakfast worked the next morning. The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. It reminded me of being in a bed and breakfast where everyone is extremely nice and laid back, and tries to get to know you a bit.
Sam was great. He helped and was very friendly. Great breakfast
We were super happy to see our puppy was allowed to be in the room with us. They had a small grassy area to walk her along with a trash can and pooper bags. A big plus, when we forget ours. Brooke was super nice and we loved the breakfasts.
On a budget,this motel is clean and affordable. They serve breakfast, which I didn’t have.
I have stayed here before and wasn't real happy. This time through the place has made some changes. The staff was very nice and the hotel has cleaned up their act. Although the place is old, the room was clean and very comfortable. The price is very good for the Durango area. Parking was nice this time, last time I had to park at the opposite end from my room.

Feel it is over priced. Tough getting to room via stairs. Cigarettes dumped on 2nd floor and stairway. Continental Breakfast not very good.
Breakfast was wonderful, waffles and cereal and such, AAA discount available, overall good place to stay on a budget
The motel room was clean and satisfactory but the continental breakfast was pretty sad, as was the breakfast room. We skipped in and went to a McDonalds.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was a nice surprise with a waffle machine. Over all a good expierence.

Hello, thank you for the nice review, and the feedback. Both of the things you mentioned should be addressed this winter, I've only had the building a couple of years, and it is taking time to do everything we need to. I definitely agree, those are two weaknesses. Thanks again!
