Facility was rundown. Electrical plugs were worn and loose. Heater unit switch did not work properly, got nothing or only high making it to hot. No cup with ice bucket in room. Like I said hit what I paid for—inexpensive price, but not very good facility.

I could not find a number for the shuttle from the airport. Wound up staying at the airport overnight. Calling Super 8 only got me a national number where i had to listen to a spiel about insurance and couldn't get a shuttle number. Stuck with no recourse to get a refund, I was totally disgusted with Super 8.

Worst ever
Place was dirty and full of mold on the bathrooms, I asked to exchange the room and the door didn’t even locked. I asked them for a refund at this point and the customer service said to me “ don’t worry if the door don’t close, we have cameras”. After asking again for a refund they refuse to give me one and I asked for management and was told that not even the manager can help. Don’t waste your money there and go somewhere else. Chip paint on the wall, holes on the wall and the couch has cuts all around them.
