Hot tub did not work, older hotel, had to wait for someone to bring plunger, cable channels did not come in clearly, could not watch tv without static. Called to get fixed but it never was fixed called back later and told cable company would be out the next day.

I wouldn't say I liked the HYATT house in Dallas / Lincoln Park. It is a terrible place. The hotel has less space in the morning for breakfast than its capacity. The hotel orientation is horrible. The entire hotel looks like a box, and the lobby is a circle. Lifts are one corner. Other corner room occupants have to walk a lot. Did not like the hotel at all. It will not even be a 2-star hotel. I have booked a month's stay. After one day, I left the hotel. The parking garage door opens toward the car. The occupant needs to use the card to open the door. The swiping station is toward the garage door. And the garage door opens toward the car. You will feel the door hit the car. The Front Desk attendants are acting like robots! They are insulting!! During checkout, the front desk attendant said she did not charge for parking for the night. They took my card and later charged me $40 without any explanation. No bill was provided, as I asked during checkout. They were also unwilling to check out, as I booked this through Orbitz. Overall, it was a horrible experience. I thought Hyatt maintained the quality of the hotel. I am not sure why they did not maintain this hotel's quality.

The property was perfect for what we were looking for. Our room was better than expected. We enjoyed it immensely! One area that needs attention is the swimming pool/jacuzzi. Jacuzzi didn't work and didn't look like it had been cleaned in a while. Water was murky green.

The online pictures paint a very different hotel than when you get there. Not at all what I was expecting, but I have stayed at worse places. Knowing what I know now, I would not stay there again.
