Awesome views!
The place was clean, close to several restaurants, and the convention center all in walking distance. There was a lot of road noise from jerks racing down the street all hours of the night. This echoes off buildings and makes it difficult to sleep. Some maintenance items that need to be resolved before renting again, but nothing that will ruin a trip. The WIFI was not strong enough to stream anything to the tv as stated in instructions. This is the only VRBO I have rented that would not send me any information in advance, and required me to reach back out the morning of arrival. Most reach out to me a few day before. Overall a good experience.

A Room with a View
This one bedroom, one bathroom is in the heart of downtown Dallas within walking distance to multiple attractions. Public transportation is very close and easy to navigate as well if you are looking to venture out farther.

Breaching their leasing contract
Property manager is not honest about the listing. They are not suppose to be doing this when they do not own the property. It became an issue during check in. They were very rude when trying to figure out the situation and we almost were kicked out of the property. Terrible communication and put us in a potentially bad situation. Also, they place did not feel safe when during the morning off our check out, at 4:30 am someone was trying to enter the code on the door and enter the apartment. Luckily they did not get it right. This “property manager” of this place should be kicked off this app and not trust again.

I wish the check in process wasn't so difficult and had a problem with finding right parking space but owner had patience with me and stayed in communication with me at all times, beautiful space, quiet no loud parties, home away from home. I will be staying here again.
