Didn’t really care to pay the $40 early check-in fee after driving 6 hours. I would get it if they were fully booked and had no available rooms. Also there is no free parking for guest as it says on the amenities. They charge you $10 a day. May need to change that on their site. Other than that, it was a great location and a relaxing stay for the night

The room was clean. The staff is also nice. But the building is showing its age and I think they need to remodel in the hall ways. I don’t think a deposit also needs to be required if so Expedia needs to let the resident know before booking

The staff were friendly and reliable. I asked to switch from our original given room, because it smelled like smoke and Mercedes, a staff member, switched us without any questions. Honestly this would be a great place to stay, if the rooms did not smelled like tobacco and marihuana. We had that problem in our first and second room as the guests next door to us were smoking marihuana and it seep into our room through the air condition system. Also- the building is outdated and it needs some work on it. Finally I liked that it was very dog friendly, but I was never told that I had to pay a pet fee of $25 a night. Personally I wouldn’t stay here again, unless I couldn’t find anything else.

We decided to stay here because of the indoor pool due to the weather being cold. The pool are was smelly and the hot tub water was brown in color and extremely smelly. The beach access was the best. Breakfast buffet is a joke. The food was horrible and expensive. The area was a plus close to other restaurants and things to do. There is very little parking we had to park far from our room and in the parking lot was not very well lit. The beds were comfortable but the bathrooms could use some updating there were holes in the ceiling and rust in the shower.
